Sale & Clearance Items
All sale and clearance items are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on discounted or clearance products. Please check all product details, dimensions, and finishes carefully before purchase. We are happy to assist with any questions prior to purchase to ensure the item suits your needs.
Non-Sale Products
For regular priced items, we offer a 7-day return policy from the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging, unused, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Returns are only accepted if there are any major manufacturing faults. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Returns based on buyer's remorse or any minor cosmetic damage will not be accepted.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, please note that bank and transaction fees are non-refundable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Goods Damaged in Transit
If any goods arrive damaged, please contact Urban Style Living as soon as possible but no longer that 7 days after the delivery has taken place.
Where Goods are already damaged on delivery, Urban Style Living requires photographic evidence of the damage to be e-mailed to efurniture@live.com before authorizing return of the Goods.
Urban Style Living will arrange to have the damaged goods returned to our warehouse and either arrange for a replacement of the goods or a refund of the price to you.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
